Welcome to Naino. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safe-keep your personal information when you use the Naino game application.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide a better, safer gaming experience for all our users. This includes:
- Account Details: Display name, profile photo, gender, and phone number when you register.
- Wallet & Transactions: Coin balance, purchase logs, reseller records, and diamond payout status.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device tokens (used for Expo push notifications).
- Voice Room Data: Microphone streams in voice rooms (processed in real-time, never recorded or stored on our servers).
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to support and improve the Naino experience:
- To authenticate and log you into the game securely.
- To manage coin balances, reseller payouts, and gift transfers in real-time.
- To deliver message notifications when you receive DMs from other users.
- To maintain safety, enforce terms of service, and prevent fraudulent activity.
3. Sharing and Disclosures
Naino does not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party providers required to host the app (e.g. Firebase Firestore, RTDB, Agora Web SDK for Voice) under strict privacy protection agreements.
4. Data Security
We implement robust, industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your account information and transaction ledgers from unauthorized access or theft.
5. Account and Data Deletion
We respect your right to control your personal information. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:
- In-App Deletion: Go to Settings > Delete Account within the Naino application to submit an automatic deletion request. Your account and data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
- Web Request: If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us at support@naino-app.com. Please provide your registered phone number and display name. Your data will be deleted within 7 business days of verification.
Types of data permanently deleted upon request: display name, profile photo, phone number, wallet ledgers, and device tokens.
